Thung Khe Pass is one of the places most visitors to Mai Chau make time for. A flat green valley of Thai stilt villages three hours from Hanoi — the easiest overnight escape from the city.
Before you go: Every bus and private car stops here, so it costs nothing to include. Cloud sits on the pass frequently — if it is thick, the view is simply not there.
