Dragon Bridge
A road bridge across the Han river carried on a steel dragon that runs its full length, lit in changing colour at night. On Saturday and Sunday evenings it breathes fire and then sprays water, which the whole city turns out to watch from the embankment.

Dragon Bridge is one of the places most visitors to Da Nang make time for. Central Vietnam's gateway city: thirty kilometres of beach, a mountain pass at each end, and the only international airport between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Before you go: The fire show is on Saturday and Sunday evenings, usually at nine. Arrive twenty minutes early for a spot on the east bank, where the head faces you.
