Quan Ba Heaven Gate is one of the places most visitors to Ha Giang make time for. The northernmost province in Vietnam, and the country's best road trip: three or four days of limestone plateau, hairpin passes and border villages.
Before you go: About 45km from Ha Giang city, so it makes a natural first stop on day one. Frequently cloudy in the early morning — mid-morning is usually clearer.
